TCHO is the abbreviation of total carbohydrate. TCHO means total carbohydrate and not all carbohydrates are good for your body.

A good example is a fruit which contains a lot of sugars. Fruits are not considered as TCHO food because fruits contain a lot of carbohydrates and these carbohydrates are bad for our body.

So, you can imagine what will happen if you consume a lot of fruits and you start getting fat and become obese.
